The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Support is stable. Not varnished. Slight frame abrasion to extreme edges. Scattered artist's tack holes. Small protrusion in the upper left quadrant with associated fine cracks and creases to the board. Some surface abrasions, primarily to the lower right corner, center right corner and upper left quadrant. Examined under ultra-violet light. No apparent retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
