The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The brocade panels with some rubbing and losses to silk and metallic threads. A few small areas of tarnish to the silver metallic threads. The ground with a few minor runs and spots of discoloration. Each overall in good condition and ready to place.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.
