Some scratches and wear throughout, consistent with age and handling; the rims with small shallow chips and lacquer losses, some overpainted in black; the bodies similarly with scattered lacquer losses, some with touch-ups; scattered areas of craquelure to the lacquer; one lamp with a large area of minute white paint speckles to one side; each with small lacquer losses to its wood foot, one foot with several repaired breaks to one side.
