The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good decorative condition, sound and ready to place. With scattered small nicks, 'nibbles' and some minor surface abrasions. With some minor infilled cracks and small repairs, not extensive. With some light surface dirt consistent with use. The giltwood rings at base with some rubbing and loss to gilding. With some adhesive residue, mainly along the reverse, not extensive. The metal liners with tarnish and rust, with some areas of the liner flaking. Presents very well overall.
