The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Some scratches and wear throughout, consistent with age and handling; some areas of minor patina to the mounts; one compote with a crescent-shaped repair (approx. 2¹⁄₄ in. long, ³⁄₄ in. wide) to the glass below its rim, two hairline cracks (the longer approx. 1 in.) from the rim into the body, to the left of the repait; the other compote repaired at the top of its stem, just beneath the bowl, a metal pin somewhat visible inside the repair.
