A goblet for flat Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi. As many a professional vocalist can attest, preventing one's throat from becoming dry and parched while performing is a challenge. Donna Summer came up with one ingenious solution to this dilemma. Her preferred means was Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi, which unlike plain water, would not dry out her throat, but rather coat it with a protective layer. The only problem that Pepsi posed was from the carbonation which threatened to produce an unwelcome interruption mid note. The solution: Donna's children would place the Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi in the present silver goblet, and then stir the soda until it was flat, enabling Summer to keep her throat coated without treating her audience to a belch!
