An intimate look into how Donna Summer shaped public image through a pair of album cover mockups, being dye transfer prints for her 1984 album, Cats Without Claws and her 1987 release, All Systems Go. The All Systems Go mockup bears annotations in two hands, with the notes in green ink in Donna Summer’s hand. The second piece is a four layer transparency (in black, cyan, magenta and blue) for the image that was used on the cover of Cats Without Claws. The front layer includes several notations in an unidentified hand, with further instructions on a yellow post-it note.
