The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) Gouache and pencil on paper. The reverse of the sheet is laid down at the edges to a support. Some superficial surface abrasion in places. Pigments are strong throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

The sheet undulates slightly in places. Pigments are strong throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
