The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Collage, watercolour and pencil on Japan paper. The composition has been executed on the right part of a larger sheet of paper (38 x 57 cm.) that has been vertically folded at the centre so that the left part of the sheet is hinged at the corners to the mat support. The sheet undulates slightly. Some minute spots of staining in places at the edges. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

La composition a été exécutée sur la partie droite d'une feuille plus grande (38 x 57 cm.) qui a été pliée à la verticale au centre de telle sorte que la partie gauche de la feuille soit maintenue à un carton de montage sur les coins. La feuille ondule légèrement. Quelques rares et minuscules taches par endroits sur les bords. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en très bonne condition générale.
