The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Charcoal and estompe on paper. The reverse of the sheet is attached along the upper edge to the mounting. The artist's estate stamp on the reverse. The upper edge is slightly uneven. Pale surface dirt in places associated with three minute spots of staining at the extreme upper left corner. Minor undulation of the sheet in places. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Fusain et estompe sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est fixé le long du bord supérieur au montage. Le tampon de la succession de l'artiste au revers. Le bord supérieur est légèrement irrégulier. Légère salissure de surface par endroits associée à trois minuscules taches à l'extrémité du coin supérieur gauche. Légère ondulation de la feuille par endroits. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
