The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Coloured crayon on paper. The reverse of the sheet is attached along the upper edge to the mat window opening. The remntats of an old mounting tape along the upper sheet edges. Some minor surface dirt with associated pale spots of staining mainly towards the edges. A very few minor creases towards the centre of the upper edge. Some pale light-staining with a very few scattered spots of foxing in places. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Crayon de couleurs sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est fixé le long du bord supérieur à l'ouverture du passe-partout. Les résidus d'un ancien montage le long du bord supérieur. Très légère salissure de surface associée à quelques taches pâles principalement vers les bords. Quelques rares froissures mineures vers le centre du bord supérieur. Très légère insolation de la feuille associée à quelques rares piqûres éparses. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
