The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) Non examinée hors du cadre. Le carton est fixé au revers à un support cartonné. Quelques très petites accrétions de surface sont visibles par endroits. L’angle supérieur droit présente une très légère usure. Présence d’une trace de manipulation dans l’angle supérieur gauche, probablement faite par l’artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

(ii) Non examinée hors du cadre. Le carton est fixé au revers à un support cartonné. Quelques très petites accrétions de surface sont visibles par endroits. L’angle supérieur gauche présente une très légère usure. Précense d'une légère trace de frottement dans l'angle supérieur gauche. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

(i) Not examined out of the frame. The board is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. There are few minor points of accretion visible in placesto the surface. The upper right corner presents a very slight wear. A handling mark is visible in the upper left corner, presumably done by the artist. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.

(ii) Not examined out of the frame. The board is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. There are few minor points of accretion visible in places to the surface. The upper left corner presents a very slight wear. There is a slight rubbing mark to the upper left corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
