The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Fair overall condition. Broken and re-glued at many places at a certain stage. Re-painted. Scattered small chips to the paint, marks, small stains, cracks (particularly to the feet). The electrical fitting in working order.
