The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Time: The sheet is hinged along the upper edge to the mat backing. The edges are deckled. Minor cracking with associated losses are to the lower right corner. Soft creasing is intermittently, presumably a vestige of the artist's working process. Small tears are along the right edge, presumably in keeping with the artist's chosen medium. Slight discoloration is to the edges, presumably in keeping with the artist's chosen medium.

Nostalgia/Utopia XVI: The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the mat backing and undulates slightly. The right and lower edges are deckled. It is our opinion that there are no apparent condition problems.
