The sheet is hinged intermittently along the edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. The edges are deckled. Pinholes are to the upper corners, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. Minor lifting is to the edges of the collaged element. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
