The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is free-floating. The edges of the sheet are deckled. A few small abraded accretions are visible occasionally to the right turning edge and upper left turning corner, and one is to the left lower edge. Slight discoloration is visible to the edges of the sheet. A tear with an associated loss of paper is to the lower right corner; a small one with an associated loss is to the upper right corner; and a small one is to the lower left edge. A few minute tears are occasionally to the upper edge, presumably due to the nature of the support. Several creases are visible occasionally near the edges, and one is near the lower left corner. A few pinpoint accretions are visible occasionally. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
