The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the upper corners and center upper edge to the backing board. The edges of the sheet are deckled. Faint discoloration is to the edges and corners. A minute spot of discoloration is right of the center lower edge, visible underneath the mat, presumably a vestige of the artist's process. A small spot of lifting is near the lower left edge, visible underneath the mat. A few minute and pinpoint accretions are visible occasionally. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
