The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Two shaped trays -- chip to inner footrim, by surrounding stilt hole. The other misfired to underside.
A teapot and cover -- 3/4 in. chip to spout broken out and restuck with small associated losses and some rubbing. Chipping to cover flange and finial.
A milk-jug -- 3 inch firing crack to interior and a further shorter one.
Nine coffee-cups -- one with five footrim chips, one with 1 inch footrim chip, one with small gilt rim chip.
Nine saucers -- one with 1 inch footrim chip, one with small gilt rim chip, one with ground footrim.

Overall, some wear to gilding, more significantly at rims. Slight surface scratching and wear, minute chipping to extremities.
