The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Marks are clear. Bearing the marks of James and Elizabeth Bland, London, 1796. Engraving is clear, a little soft. Reshaped. A dent to the mid right of coat-of-arms. Two creases left of coat-of-arms. Some very light scratches overall, the occasional deep scratch. Some pin dents and slightly deep scratches to the body left of handle. Foot very slightly out of round, not affecting the stability.
