The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A minor surface abrasion in the upper right corner. A few spots of possible water damage at upper right and lower right in the background. Artist's pinholes in the extreme corners. The paper appears toned. A speck of paint loss in the tree at upper left.
