This unusual sedan chair is in fairly good condition overall. There are the inevitable minor scratches, scuffs, abrasions and shrinkage overall consistent with age and use. The metalwork is apparently original. There are traces of historic, apparently inactive woodworm. As stated in the cataloguing the sedan chair is lacking its bearers.
