Overall fair condition, each with later upholstered seats above caned seats; chair 'A' retaining much of the original decoration and with numerous small chips and losses and areas of inpainting and restoration, the front seat rail and front legs are slightly loose. Chair 'B' with extensive cracking and losses to the painted decoration, some paint flaking in places, the front left leg appears to have an old repaired break, front legs slightly loose.
