Lot Essay

This pair of ice cream coolers once belonged to my mother and were on the third floor in Kykuit. We acquired them in 1963 when there was a partial distribution of Kykuit furnishings. Three years later we gave them to our daughter Neva, but we reacquired them when they were sold at auction in 1985.
