The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Wear and tarnishing to gilding. Some small flakes. One with small rim chip, two with hairline crack from rim to well edge, one with small footrim chip, one with flat chip to underside of rim and a further small restored rim chip, one with hairline and small associated rim chip from rim to well and a large area of overpainting to the underside of the rim. Slight variations in color of glaze and distribution of gilt stripes to border. Slight surface scratching, minor stacking wear and occasional minute chip. Overall in good decorative order.
