The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

As noted re both teapot and cream pot bearing Georgian marks; teapot with some overall wear especially to high spots and with some knicks and dings to upper rim, crack to the wood finial but stable, lower handle terminal with lead solder where an insulator has been removed; the cream pot with repaired split near handle and a shallow crease at rim where metal is thinnest, small dent to lower body; otherwise good condition
