The seat and arm covering as stated distressed with tears and fraying overall, and will require reupholstering to be in good decorative condition.
The timber slightly sunbleached overall.
The right hand arm with repair to the join to the back and the underside of arm with evidence of spliced repairs.

The rails reinforced overall.
Late resprung and rewebbed when the rails were resupported.
