The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
Both vases with some surface wear overall consistent with age and use, including some rubbing to enamels and gilt, light surface scratches and surface marks. There are a few very small chips to the edges of the bases. The neck of one vase has been damaged and extensively restored including the handles. The base of the other vase has a restoration to one side. The areas of restoration to both vases have discoloured over time.
