CHINA, NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (AD 960-1127)
The cylindrical body tapering towards the foot and applied on one side with a guard standing beside locked doors, the remainder of the body incised with leafy meander between columns, all between a crimped border below and a scalloped border above, the conical cover in the form of a roof with pearl finial, all covered in a glaze of pale olive-green color, the interior unglazed
