The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There are three areas of the mouth rim with retouching.
- There is a retouched patch on the glazed body.
- There are two small old chips to the foot.
- There are a couple of unglazed gaps to the upper body.
- There is a firing dent to the upper body under the glaze and one above the unglazed base.
- There is some wear and minor areas of degradation to the glaze.
