The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each overall with some age and construction cracks as expected. Scattered abrasions and losses to the carving and molding. Each with a section of the base molding detached but present. Some elements old and others later, as noted in the cataloging. The stone tops with some scattered scratches and 'nibbling' to edges. Each overall sturdy, with a rustic presentation and ready to place.
