The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with surface wear, scuffs and occasional abrasion to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and use. The armchairs, which form an excellent set with consisstent patina and degree of age, have been later reupholstered in white boucle' fabric which presents in very good condition.The signature nailhed banding can be seen throuhgout the table structure and the set of chairs, with only a few occasional missing nail to the pattern, these losses not recent having the set undergone revarnish and simpathetic restoration at a later stage. The tabletop presents occasional rough textured areas to the later varnish, which can be improved upon or reapplied with the assistance of a professional restorer. The table also features a movable tabletop which turns over to reveal a felt lined side, The table is further fitted with pull-out cocktail trays, one per each corner. Overall, a very attractive set in overall good condtion, ready for immediate display.
