The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) Fresson print. Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly. There is some minor rubbing along the right vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition. This work is sold framed.
(ii) Fresson print. The sheet is loose. The sheet undulates slightly along the upper horizontal edge. There are two pinpoint folds to the lower and upper left extreme corners. There are a few media splashes along the lower horizontal edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition. This work is sold framed.
(iii) Fresson print. The sheet is partially hinged on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly along the upper horizontal edge.There is some minor rubbing along the upper left horizontal edge. There is one faint crease measuring approximately 2.5in. to the lower left quadrant. There are a few faint abrasions in places, predominantly to the upper left horizontal edge and the lower left quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition. This work is sold framed.
