The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition with surface wear, minor areas of rubbing and very light fraying to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and light use. The sofa structure and cushion have been reupholstered at a later stage in white boucle' , the previous olive green upholstery seen in the period images of the Bowler House interior still present underneath the upholstery to the structure, however this is no longer present to on the seat cushion. The structure remains firm. Overall, a very attractive example of great presence, in very good condition, ready for immediate display and use.
