The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In good condition overall.
There are the inevitable marks, chips and scratches consistent with age and use.
Some scratches to the top, a few watermarks and some chips to the edges.
There is a replaced section of moulding to the edge of the top on the right-hand side.
The central bearer to the underside has been replaced.
There is a slight warp to the top.
The legs were noted as having been re-carved, when previously sold in 2000. But upon re-inspection the carving is apparently original. There are some chips and scratches to the base of the legs as to be expected.
Structurally sound and ready to use.
