The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition.
There are the inevitable marks, chips and scratches consistent with age and use.
Minor chips around winding-holes of dial, with a small hairline crack in the enamel running from the X to VII. Slight green discolouration owing to oxidisation to some of the mounts, for instance around basket, but this can be easily cleaned off.
Stylised palmette end-mount to left side has an old metal fatigue break. Some of the flowers in the basket are slightly loose. Minor wear to gilding overall but in good condition. With pendulum. No key. Bell probably associated.
