Formed as a barrel on four wheels and pulled by two horses with red enamel saddles, the barrel decorated throughout with green enamel grape leaves and 'grape clusters' formed of pearls and coral-colored beads, with a driver to the front and two putto to the top, removable hanging baskets to each side, the rear with a spigot with putto finial, on a rectangular base engraved with lattice and scrolling foliage raised on four bracket feet, apparently unmarked
