The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Both overall with some minor wear, tarnish, the enamels with some minor wear, tiny scratches, and tiny losses, the gilt-metal example with some minor bends to the rigging, with some small losses to the enamel on the interior where the stem was slightly pushed up, the stem slightly loose, but secure, wobbles on a flat surface, the top fits tightly on the body and does not sit flush, with some larger losses to the enamel on the base, the silver-gilt example with some minor bends to the rigging, some tiny splits, including splits to one of the ladders up the central mast, still connected at the top and bottom and an easy fix, possibly lacking some sections of rigging, the wheels possibly re-attached, all but one of the wheels tight and unable to spin, both present well.
