The first as a three-masted ship, the sails and body painted with pastoral courting figures, applied with figures on the deck and raised on four openwork scroll wheels, the second as a three-masted ship, the sails painted to the fronts with classical maidens in pastoral settings, the reverses with country scenes, the removable openwork foliate deck applied with various figures, the lower body and interior with further classical scenes in reserves surrounded by foliate scrolls, the stem flanked by two dolphins and raised on a conforming domed oval base with paw feet, both apparently unmarked
