The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition, structurally sound and ready to place.
The marble top with light surface abrasions, consistent with use, the edges with minor chips and 'nibbles' throughout, particularly to the wall facing edge. A shallow chip measuring approximately 1 inch is apparent to the front right corner, and another to left beveled edge. Some chips with minor fill, for example along the left beveled edge. An area of adhesive residue to front left corner.
The ormolu with light rubbing, dirt, tarnish and some verdigris throughout, as to be expected with age and handling. The mounts to the right side with more noticeable areas of verdigris to the left corner foliate border along the bottom. Some connecting hardware lacking, for example, to the angle mounts and to the front trophy.
The veneers in overall good condition with minor surface abrasions, wear, some scuffs and dings, consistent with age and handling. With some minor cracking and dings along the hinged sides of the doors, as to be expected. One oak panel at the back of the carcass with two splits and currently out of place, though not apparent when viewing the front of the commode.
