The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With scattered age and construction cracks, including vertically to each side and back, several of these with some stabilization or minor infill. Overall with general marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use, including a loss a section of the cockbead atop the lowest drawer, and minor repairs throughout the feet. The two uppermost of the long drawers with their stops off or partially off, but retained, and therefore receding further into the carcass than intended. The glue blocks overall repositioned or replaced. The drawers all affixed with modern lining paper, not removed for inspection. With a somewhat glossy polished surface. Overall good condition.
