The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Very good condition overall. The turtle-shaped foot at 4 o'clock has been reattached to silver and the area around it is slightly bruised. The reeded mount around the clock face with a few scratches and minor dents at 4-5 o'clock. The hour hand is possibly a later replacement, and the glass on the clockface is replaced with plastic. Otherwise, general surface wear consistent with age and use.
