The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

An impressive size and ready to be placed.
Some minor marks, nicks, scratches, small scuffs and repairs overall as to be expected with age and use.
Two doors lacking latch, with redundant pinholes, replacement closing mechanism to the top of the doors.
One scroll pilaster to one side with small loss.
The gilt-tooled leather writing surface in good order with just some minor scuffs and wear.
A couple of minor chipped losses, for example a small one to one corner of the top.
