The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In fairly good condition overall.
There are the inevitable marks, chips and scratches consistent with age and use.
Minor traces of historic, apparently inactive woodworm to the underside.
Some deep scratches the top, as to be expected.
A good consistent colour to the top overall.
Some chips and nibbles to the edges of the top and to the pedestal columns.
The sections don't sit flush until clipped into place and the tilt-top pedestal in particular stands proud until held in place with the clips.
One D-end with break to the column above the spider spider, evidence that the top has come off.
The latch and catch not working to the tilt-top and requires attention
Some splits to the bearers and most lacking original plugs implying they tops have come off at some point. The bearers have been repositioned to the central non-tilting top.
The tongue on the very edge of the table revealing the top has been cut down.

Wear to the lacquered-brass clips and castors.
Structurally sound and ready to use.
