Oval on shaped circular base on four bun feet, the base chased with scrolling foliate sprays interspersed with two ram masks and two shields, engraved on one side with a coat-of-arms and on the other with monogram WD, the bowl chased in the centre with two scenes, the grain harvest with Ceres and the grape harvest with a bacchanal, both framed by musical trophies, the rim with mask of Ceres flanked by wheat ears and mask of Bacchic faun flanked by vine tendrils, the handles cast and chased with mask of faun, marked on foot-rim, body and underneath
