The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In overall good condition, with the inevitable minor marks, scratches and chips as expected with age and use. Some light tarnishing to the mounts, and rubbing to the raised areas and build up of dirt to the recessed areas. Small peg repair to each side by the hinges, very minor shrinkage cracks to the veneers, larger shrinkage crack to the right side at the back. Some marks and dirt to the veneers of the frieze, the back with larger scratches and more significant cracks to the top of each leg. Overall structurally sound and ready to place.
