The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good overall condition, the ormolu with oxidation, surface dirt and rubbing, the patinated bronze with some rubbing and scratches. The ormolu especially would benefit from a sympathetic cleaning. The alabaster base with discoloration, surface dirt, nicks, chips and abrasions. Previously probably with toupie feet, as evidenced by drilled holes. The dial with some rubbing and chips to the enamel, particularly to one winding hole. One key and one pendulum.
