With a clean, complete well-maintained appearance, structurally sound and ready to use. With scattered age and construction cracks, and with general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use. The sides with reeded molding applied around the panels, lifting in one area. The surface generally with some sun fading. The marble with light scratches throughout as well as some chips, 'nibbles', and minor repairs, consistent with use and handling; one corner with a deeper crack. Overall good condition, ready to place.
