The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Provisional condition report :
Good overall condition.
There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
There are some vertical cracks to the lateral sides of the armchair.
There are some minor cracks to the upper frieze especially to the left.
There are some minor losses to the black tints and to the gilding revealing the bare wood underneath especially to the armrests.
There are some very minor losses to the carving especially to the edges of the feet as expected.
