The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The website illustrations are accurate despite being slightly too bright.

Good overall condition.
There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches, chips and rubbing due to age and use.

Silver plate : With some losses to the silver plate revealing the bronze underneath.
With several traces of tarnishing, with traces of dirt throughout.
There are some very minor traces of verdigris.

Gilding : with traces of tarnishing. With black stains and verdigris especially to the base.

Red marble: There are two cracks to the circular top with chips and losses.
There is one restoration to the finial of one foot and to the base of the vase.
With minor chips, scratches and losses to the edges ; some scuff marks to the top of the pedestal.

The vase with a copper linen.
