The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable surface scratches, dents and chips consistent with age and handling.

Female profile : A visible horizontal break to her forehead.
Restored chips to her nose.
Abrasion with traces of dust.
Minor discoloration to the marble, including under her ear.

Male profile :
Good overall condition with chips to the edges of his helmet and neck.

Both grey marble medallions probably associated and pierced to the lower part, probably to be fixed on a base.
Chips to the medallions with minor losses to the lower part.
Modern fixation hooks screwed to the back and with a piece of wood to keep it upright on the wall.
