Overall in good decorative order and ready to use. Some wear and slight chipping, particularly to rims, as usual for age and material. Some with re-touching to blue enamels at rims, where the enamels have flaked. Some glaze grazing and slight wear to enamels, occasional surface scratch or abrasion throughout.
A large oval two-handled soup-tureen and cover (39.5 cm. wide approx. across handles) — a few minute patches of retouching to enamels to finial stem and handles. Spreading glaze crack to underside of base. Some glaze crazing to tureen.
A smaller oval two-handled soup-tureen and cover (33 cm. wide approx. across handles) — cover with three minute patches of glaze loss to leaves, the flange with 1.5cm shallow chipping to flange and two further very small chips to flange. The tureen with spreading hairline crack (very faint) to left of the turkey, a couple of very small patches of glaze loss to green leaves and handle.
Two circular two-handled vegetable-tureens and covers (27.8 cm. wide approx. across handles) — one cover with slight retouching to finial stem, possibly restored. One tureen with hairline crack to interior running concentrically around the well about 2/3 of the circumference and with a short off-shoot. Glaze crazing and staining, particularly to interior, an 8 cm. crescent shaped section broken and restored to rim, with slightly yellowed overpainting. The other cover with stem to finial restored and overpainted (minute flake to overpainting). The other tureen with staining and glaze crazing. Slight chipping or fritting to foot rim, small areas of overpainting to brown enamels of handles
A salad-bowl with everted and folded rim, on three feet (28 cm. wide approx.) — one folded rim ‘lip’ with small section of restoration to tip. Slight fritting to rims.
Six tazzas (22.1 cm. wide, approximately) — occasional minute chip to rim. One with 5 cm. crescent shaped section restored to rim and 7 cm. shallow section restored to foot rim. Two with slightly more fritting to rim, one with green leaf probably overpainted and blue leaf with some wear.
Two large oval serving-platters (42.7 cm. wide) — one with slightly glaze loss to rim, overpainted.
Another smaller (37.6 cm. wide) — overall in good order.
A two-handled double-lipped sauce-boat on fixed stand (28 cm. wide approx.) — Some slight glaze loss to one end of stand rim. Restoration to green leaf tips at handle upper terminals and one with small flake to enamels. Glaze crazing and staining.
Twenty-five dinner-plates (24.5 cm. wide) — slight variations in sizes, a few with some staining or wear. Occasional small chip or slight rim fritting throughout. One plate with restoration to about half the circumference of the rim (overpaint probably concealing very shallow chipping). Another stained example with four sections to the rim restored and overpainted (6 cm. long and smaller). One plate with a 1.5 cm. shallow chip to underside of rim and a small 2 cm. section of flat chipping to side of rim. Some plates with overpainting to minute glaze flakes at blue feathered rims.
Ten slightly smaller dinner-plates (23 cm. wide approximately) — one plate with 4 cm. section of restoration to underside of rim. One with small star crack to underside of base and overpainting to edge of blue feathered rim.
